Indian Taco:
Warm Crispy & Fluffy Fry bread served with ground beef, homemade beans, lettuce, tomato & shredded cheddar cheese.
Indian Veggie Taco:
Warm Crispy & Fluffy Fry bread served with beans, lettuce, tomato & shredded cheddar cheese.
Fry Bread:
Hand-stretched dough, fried to a warm crispy-chewy texture. Can be served plain or with honey & powdered sugar.
Fry Dog:
Hot dog wrapped with our frybread dough, deep fried to the crisp.
NDN Burger:
Two ¼ lb charbroiled beef patties, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, tomato, and thousand island dressing covering the top.
Native Nachos:
Slices of fry bread dough, thrown into fryer & served with ground beef, homemade beans, & cheese.
Red Chili Stew:
Type: Beef, Red Chile or Mutton (sheep), various fresh vegetables & potatoes, served frybread.
Chocolate Frybread:
Frybread dough flattened out, covered half with chocolate chips, sealed, and deep-fried.
